甘薯抗疮痂病多胺与吲哚乙酸代谢的研究

摘    要:研究不同抗性甘薯品种受疮痂病菌侵染前后多胺和吲哚乙酸代谢变化结果表明 ,感染疮痂病菌后抗病与感病品种甘薯叶片中吲哚乙酸含量和多胺氧化酶活性降低 ,多胺总量及腐胺含量增加 ,腐胺 / (精胺 亚精胺 )比值升高 ,感病品种变化幅度高于抗病品种。疮痂病菌侵入后感病品种甘薯叶片中绿原酸含量下降 ,吲哚乙酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性升高 ,而抗病品种则相反。

Abstract:The changes of polyamines and the indole acetic acid metabolism of sweet p otato cultivars with different resistance to sweet potato scab before and after inoculation were studied.The results show that the indole acetic acid content an d the polyamine oxidase activity decrease,the total content of polyamines and pu trescine increase,the ratio of putre- scine/ (spermidine spermine)increases in the leaves of both resistant and susceptible sweet potato after infected with scab f u ngus.But the change range of diseased sweet potato is more extensive than that o f anti -diseased one.The chlorogenic acid content decreases ,the indole acetic acid oxidase and peroxidase activity increase in the leaves of susceptible sweet po tato after infected with scab fungus,and the change of resistant sweet potato is contrary.
