土壤酶活性评价镉锌铅复合污染的可行性研究

摘    要:模拟试验研究表明在Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染处理土壤中,过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性与碱性磷酸酶或转化酶活性可构成综合评价体系,反映土壤Cd、Zn、Pb污染含量以及土壤Cd-Zn、Zn-Pb复合污染效应,用其评价土壤Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染具有一定可行性。

Abstract:The simulated test shows that the activities of catalase,urease and alkaline phosphatase or invertase can reflect the contaminating levels of Cd,Zn,Pb and the effects of Cd-Zn or Zn-Pb interaction in the soil treated with Cd,Zn and Pb.It is possible that these enzyme activities can be used as a comprehensive system to assess the compound contaminating levels of Cd,Zn and Pb in the soil.
