摘    要:以不同品质类型的2个小麦品种为试验材料,采用2因素随机区组设计,研究了不同品种和氮肥追施处理对产量和品质的影响.结果表明,在底肥量和追肥总量相同的条件下,适当增加开花期追施氮肥的比例有利于提高产量,处理间差异显著,品种间产量差异不显著;不同追肥处理对总蛋白含量影响不显著,但对清蛋白、醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白含量影响显著;追肥处...

Abstract:Two different quality types of winter wheats were used to study influences of different varieties and topdressing nitrogen on yield and quality by two factor randomized block design. Results showed that, after applied the same amount of base fertilizer and topdressing fertilizer, increasing topdressing nitrogen at the flowering stage increased grain yield, and the difference of increased yield was remarkable among the topdressing treatments, but not significant between varieties. No remarkable effect was found with the topdressing nitrogen treatment on total protein content, but remarkable effects on albumin, gliadin and glutenin content. The flour water absorption, dough development time, and stable time were significantly different with the topdressing nitrogen treatments, and the differences were all significant in plant character, total protein and albumin, globulin, gliadin, grain hardness, sedimentation, wet gluten, gluten index, water absorption, development time, stable time, bread volume and bread score between the varieties.
