γ射线辐射对高羊茅种子发芽及酶活性的影响

摘    要:用60Coγ射线辐射处理高羊茅的3个品种千年盛世、知音和猎狗5号的干种子,观测辐射对种子发芽的影响,测定种子萌发过程中的SOD、POD和PPO酶的活性。结果表明,50Gy的辐射对高羊茅种子的萌发具有促进作用,较高剂量的辐射对高羊茅种子的萌发有抑制作用,且随着辐射剂量的加大,抑制作用增强。萌发过程中3种酶的活性均随辐射剂量的增加先升高后降低。高羊茅的适宜辐射诱变剂量为150Gy。

Abstract:The seeds of three cultivars of tall fescue were treated by()~(60)Co γ-rays,seeds germination,the activity of SOD,POD and PPO during seeds germination were analyzed.Results showed that the seed germination was promoted under 50Gy irradiation,but were inhibited in higher dose irradiation.With dose increasing,the effect of inhibition was enhanced;the activity of three enzymes was increased at lower doses and declined with dose increasing.The dose of 150Gy was recommended as suitable dosage for the tall fescue irradiation mutagenesis.
