卫星搭载与~(60)Coγ射线复合处理水稻干种子诱变效果的研究

摘    要:60Coγ射线辐照卫星搭载处理水稻品种96晚198的干种子,当代几种主要的性状,特别是后期的性状比对照及卫星搭载处理的主要为损伤效应,绝大多数的差异达到极显著水平,比单独的γ射线处理的大部分性状也是损伤加重,但大部分的性状差异未达显著水平,处理二代的变异类型数,总的变异频率及优良单株入选率均明显地高于两种单处理。

Abstract:Dry seeds of rice 96wan198 were carried by recoverable satellite and irradiated with ~(60)Co γ-ray.The results showed that the damage effects of the first generation were higher than single treatment.The number of variation types,total variation frequency and selected rate of the good single plant were evidently more than single treatment with carried by recoverable satellite and γ-ray.
