陆地型长绒棉新种质主要经济性状基因效应分析

摘    要:陆地型长绒棉亲本98301与高产亲本石远321杂交,P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B26个世代的纤维长度(2.5%跨距)、纤维强度(束纤维拉力)、麦克隆值、单株籽棉产量、单株皮棉产量、衣分率、单株铃数、单铃重、籽指和青铃率10个性状平均数按MATHER和JINKS(1982)法进行联合尺度检测,随后根据6参数模型估算M、D]、H]、I]、J]、L]6种基因效应值,并删除显著性最小一值进行5参数估算,作符合性测验。结果表明,除纤维长度无自由度进行检验外,其余9个性状均符合“加性-显性-互作效应模式”,其中麦克隆值和籽指用较简单的“加性-显性模式”已能充分地描述其遗传性。3个纤维品质性状中,D]和H]均达极显著或显著水平。纤维长度的3种交互作用均极显著或显著,纤维强度的交互作用中只有I]极显著,麦克隆值的J]显著。在杂种优势理论值估算结果中,只有单铃重和籽指存在正向超高亲优势。据L]与H]值作用方向推断重复作用类型在交互作用方式中占主导。

Abstract:By the joint scaling tests of Mather and Jinks(1982),parents and progenies(P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2,B_1,B_2) from 98301(P_1,a fine fibre upland cotton line) ×Shiyuan321(P_2,a high yield cotton variety),totally 6 materials were calculated for tests of conformity with the additive-dominance model on fibre length,fibre strength,micron,production yield,ginned cotton,gin rate,bolls per plant,boll weight,weight of 100-seeds and in-mature boll rate.In case nonallelic interaction occurred,m,, and l] were estimated by the 6 parameter model.Then,a five parameter model allowing for digenic interactions has been fitted and its adequacy tested by x2(1),omitting the no significant parameter.In the results,the additive-dominance and digenic interaction model was adequate for all the characters,except the fibre length without freedom for the test.But,the joint scaling tests showed good adequacies of the additive-dominance model for the micron and weight of 100-seeds.The d] and h] of the three fibre quality characters were significant.The i],j] and l] of the fibre length,i] of the fibre strength and j] of the micron were significant,in the interaction parameters.The estimations of expected heteroses indicated positive heteroses up better parents on the boll weight and 100-seed weight.According as most of the h] and l] had opposite signs,the predominant type of the interaction was referred to duplicate types.
