摘    要:应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),选用Kromasil SIL柱,以甲醇/异丙醇/正己烷(60/35/5,V/V)为流动相,采用紫外检测器(205nm)对卵磷脂进行了测定。结果表明,大豆卵磷脂的保留时间为26.035min,定量线性范围2.06~30.9μg(r=0.9999),精密度和稳定性实验相对标准偏差均小于5%,加样回收率达97.41%,表明建立的大豆卵磷脂检测方法灵敏度高、稳定性和重现性好。

Abstract:The determination of soybean phosphatidylcholines using high-performance liquid chromatography at 205nm was investigated.The phosphatidylcholines was separated very well by the mobile phase of methanol/2-propanol/n-hexane(60/35/5,V/V) on the Kromasil SIL column.The results showed that: the retention time of soybean phosphatidylcholines is 26.035 min,the linear range is 2.06~30.9 μg(r=0.9999).The relative standard deviation(RSD) of reproducibility and stability experiments was lower than 5% and the average recovery rate of phosphatidylcholines is 97.41%,indicating that the method was a simple and fast method with more accuracy and reproduciblity to detect phosphatidylcholines.
