四倍体与二倍体棉花远缘杂交后代同工酶电泳分析

摘    要:400Gy^60Coγ射线蝠照中棉花粉,90207受粉后获得二倍体棉与四倍体棉间的远缘杂交后代,对其F3、F4(2n=52)进行了同工酶电泳分析,结果发现,F3独杆类型后代的过氧化物酶同工酶谱中有父本中棉的特异带。F4个别纤弱,小铃株系的过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶中也有父本影响的趋势。以上均证明,少量二倍体遗传物质进入四倍体细胞中,远缘杂交后代,独杆类型较多地具有阿须莫尼的特点,而分枝类型后

ISOZYME ANALYSIS OF WIDE CROSSING HYBRIDS BETWEEN TETRAPLOID AND DIPLOID COTTON
Abstract:By irradiating pollen of Gossypium arboreum L. with 60 Co γ rays at 400 Gy, some wide crossing hybrids between the diploid (2n=26) and tetraploid (2n=52) cotton were obtained. Isozyme electrophoreses for the F 3 and F 4 generations were conducted. A distinct peroxidase isozyme band of the G.arboreum L. was found in the F 3 generation of unbranching type plant. The cytochrome oxidase isozyme banding patterns of some F 4 dwarf plants with smaller bolls were affected by the pollen parent G. arboreum L. obviously. It is indicated that some genetic materials of the diploid cotton have been transferred into tetraploid cotton successfully. Among the isozyme electrophoretic banding patterns of the wide crossing hybrids, unbranching types were similar to the Ashmouni and branching types were similar to the G.hirsutum L.varieties
