摘    要:本文用核素示踪技术研究了不同技术措施对茶树碳氮代谢和茶叶品质的影响,认为秋冬施肥可增强茶树冬春季的光合强度;钾素能增强光合产物运转速度,提高光合产物利用率;头茶后适当修剪能提高夏茶品质,而修剪应选择在体内营养物贮藏较多时进行,春茶后不宜重剪;在茶树体内贮藏物质丰富时施用赤霉素(GA)才能促进新梢的生长,否则将产生不利的效果。

INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT ON CARBON AND NITROGEN DISTRIBUTION AND QUALITY OF TEA LEAVES IN TEA PLANT
Abstract:By using isotopic tracer technique,the influences of different management on carbon and nitrogen distributions in tea plant and tea quality were studied.The results are as follows.Late-autumn fertilizing stimulated photosynthates accumulation in the whole bush,especially in overwintering leaves and roots.Large amounts of photosynthates in overwintering leaves provied the nutrition required for early spring budding.Late-autumn fertilizing also accelerated transport of photosynthates from leaves to roots in winter.More amino acids,especially theanine and pheny-lanine were synthesizes from photosynthates and absorbed nitrogen.Potassium stimulated the transporting speed and utilization ratio of photosynthates in tea plants.After first picking of tea,proper pruning of shoots improved the qualilty of summer tea leaves.Heavy pruning of shoots,if necessary,coule be carried out at the period of abundant nutritional matter in tea plant.Spray GA on tea plants effected only at the period when nutritional matter was abundant in tea plants,otherwise it inhibited the growth of tea plants.
