摘    要:本文以小麦幼苗为材料,研究了14MeV快中子辐照种子对植株核酸和可溶性蛋白质的影响。结果表明,快中子辐照处理后,幼苗DNA含量显著下降,并随着剂量增大而降低。RNA变化比较复杂,低剂量处理后,RNA含量上升,高剂量处理后,RNA含量略有下降。与RNA含量变化相对应,RNase经低剂量处理后活性下降,而高剂量处理则略有上升,种子经快中子辐照后,幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量也明显下降,且随着辐照剂量的增大而降低。SDS-PAGE表明,可溶性蛋白质的组分也发生了显著变化。

EFFECT OF IRRADIATION WITH 14MeV FAST NEUTRON ON CONTENTS OF NUCLEIC ACIDS AND SOLUBLE PROTEIN IN WHEAT SEEDLING
Abstract:The effect of irradiation with 14MeV fast neutron on contents of nucleic acids and soluble protein in wheat seedling was studied.The results showed that the contents of DNA decreased strongly with increasing dose of fast neutron.The change of content of RNA was complicated.RNA content increased with the treatment of low dose and decreased with the treatment of high dose.RNase activity increased at the low dose of irradiation and decreased at the high dose of irradiation,indicating that the variation of RNA was related to the change in RNase activity.Soluble protein contents dropped quickly with the treatment of fast neutron,SDS-PAGE showed that the composition of soluble protein also had a great change.
