旋毛虫猪肉辐射无害处理研究

实验表明,用辐照旋毛虫猪肉感染小鼠,0.04kGy可减少第2代幼虫的产生;0.08kGy导致肠旋毛虫不育;0.1kGy使其发育受到阻碍,感染后4天内被排出体外;0.2—0.8kGy辐照则48小时內被全部排出体外;7kGy与8kGy辐照,肠内查不到虫体存在。0.3kGy与1kGy辐照旋毛虫猪肉对其营养品质无不良影响。综合考虑,对旋毛虫猪肉进行辐射无害处理的最低剂量宜控制在0.3kGy。

STUDY ON INNOCENT IRRADIATION, TREATMENT OF Trichinelia spiralis PORK

The effects of 60Co gamma rays on pork Trichinella spiralis and nutr-itional hygiene evalution of irradiated Trichinella spiralis pork were studied by using animal infestation test and artificial gastric juice digestion method.The results showed that when mouse was infested by Trichinella spiralis pork irradiated with a dose of 0.04kGy,the number of the second generation larvae and the parasitism in the muscle were reduced.0.08kGy irradiation could render the intestine Trichinella spiralis sterile.0.1kGy blocked the growth of.Trichinella spiralis,which were excreted from the body four days after infestation.0.2-0.8kGy irradiation could severely block the growth of Trichinella spiralis,which were excreted Completely from the body within forty-eight hours when irradiated with 7kGy and 8kGy,the Trichinella spiralis body was not found in the intestine within twenty-four hours.0.3kGy and 1kGy irradiation had no harmful effect on nutrition and wholesomeness of Trichinella spiralis po'rk.Innocent irradiation treatment of Trichinella spiralis pork is practicable,and the lowerest dose should be 0.3kGy.
