| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛市灌溉农业项目是“九五”期间重点农业综合开发项目。根据项目工程及项目区农业经济资源生态环境特点，对项目实施后通过改变种植结构及耕作方式，开发利用水资源，增施化肥、农药及林业建设项目等对生态环境的影响进行分析，并提出科学施肥，控制农药用量，合理开发利用水资源，发展生态农业及加强乡镇工业环境保护工作等对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the ecological environment resources characteristics of the irrigation agriculture item area in Qin Huangdao,this paper analyses the conprehensive influence that this item will increase chemical fertilizer and pesticide,improve cropping system and farming methods,exploit water rosource and et al on the ecological environment,and put forward the main protective strategies of applying fertilizer rationally,reducing agriculture chemical,making rational use of water resource,developing eco agriculture,strengthening rural enterprises environment protection |
