| Abstract: | A in this paper method of determining nitrate nitrogen concentration of vegetables applying nitrate electrode was introduced The results showed that this method was convenient, swift, and precise according to the evaluation of recovery thai, contrast experiment, and precision test. The method could be applied to the swift determination of nitrate in vegetables. |
