摘    要:基于长期试验资料,从土壤肥力的角度综述了长期施肥对土壤肥力指标有机质、N素、P素和K素含量,微生物生物量及数量和土壤酶活性的影响,指出长期施用有机肥及有机肥与化肥配施是维持和提高土壤肥力的关键,可促进农田生态系统可持续发展。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the study advances on the effects of long-term fertilization measures on soil fertility indexes, such as soil organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, microbial biomass and counts as well as enzyme activities. It proves that organic manure and organic manure applied with chemical fertilizers were important for sustaining and improving soil fertility and beneficial for the sustainable development of agroecosystem.
