摘    要:农田土壤有机碳库是全球碳循环的重要组成部分,其积累和分解直接影响陆地生态系统碳贮藏与全球碳平衡。土壤团聚体是土壤结构的物质基础和土壤肥力的重要载体,也是土壤有机碳的固定场所。稳定~(13)C同位素示踪技术是研究土壤碳动态变化的有效手段,能够揭示新输入碳在土壤及团聚体中赋存状态、周转过程以及微生物的调节机制。本文主要归纳与阐述了稳定~(13)C同位素示踪技术在农田土壤有机碳循环及土壤团聚体固碳机理方面的研究进展,提出~(13)C同位素示踪技术在未来土壤碳循环和固碳机制方面的主要研究方向。

Abstract:Soil aggregate is an essential material foundation of soil structure and an important carrier of soil fertility, and also the core of all carbon sequestration mechanisms. It is very important to understand the formation and turnover of organic carbon fractions in aggregates by C13 isotope technology for a better understanding of carbon fixation mechanisms and the use of appropriate tillage management practices to increase carbon sequestration. Farmland soil organic carbon pool is an important component of the global carbon cycle, and the changes of the accumulation and decomposition of soil organic carbon are directly related to the carbon storage of terrestrial ecosystems and the global carbon balance. Stable isotope technique is a powerful tool to study the dynamic change of soil carbon, which can reveal the cycle and turnover process of carbon in soil and microorganism and the fixation process of organic carbon. This paper mainly describes the research progress of the 13C stable isotope in the soil organic carbon cycle and the mechanism of soil aggregate carbon sequestration.
