摘    要:自1996年土壤中Bradford反应蛋白质(BRSP,bradford reactive soil protein)被发现以来,其在土壤中的作用和功能以及学术地位日益受到重视。本文介绍了BRSP在土壤中的形态和特性,重点阐述了BRSP在土壤中稳定土壤结构、促进土壤物质循环和螯合土壤潜在毒性元素等作用和功能,分析了土壤中BRSP含量的影响因素,并对其研究前景作了展望。

Abstract:Since soil Bradford reactive soil protein (BRSP), a soil glycoprotein, was discovered in 1996, its function and role in soil have attracted extensive attention over the world. A brief introduction was presented to the forms and characteristics of BRSP, with emphasis on illustrating the functions of BRSP in stabilizing soil structure, promoting soil materials cycle and sequestering soil potential toxic elements. And factors affecting concentration of soil BRSP were analyzed. Prospects of soil BRSP were discussed as well.
