腐植酸和氮肥用量及其互作对植烟土壤质量的影响

摘    要:以中烟100为材料,采用腐植酸和氮肥双因子盆栽试验,研究了腐植酸和氮肥用量及其互作对植烟土壤团聚体组成、养分及酶活性的影响。结果表明:干、湿筛法测定的土壤团聚体的平均重量直径均以T3处理(腐植酸900 mg/kg+氮肥40 mg/kg)最高,与其他处理相比提高幅度分别为15.3%~23.2%和6.5%~20.0%;方差分析显示,腐植酸与氮肥互作对土壤pH、有机质影响不显著,但对土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量的影响达到极显著水平(P0.01);二者互作对烤烟各生育期土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性影响不同。由此,腐植酸和氮肥用量及其互作对提高土壤团聚体稳定性、土壤主要养分含量及酶活性具有显著效果。

Abstract:Abstract: A pot experiment was carried out on effects of different humic acid and nitrogen levels and their interaction on tobacco planting soil aggregate composition, nutrient and enzyme activity in flue-cured tobacco, zhongyan100. The results showed that the soil aggregate mean weight diameter of treatment with 7.5 mg/kg humic acid + 1 mg/kg nitrogen (T3) was the highest in both dry and wet sieving method ;range from 15.3~23.2% and 5~20%,respectively. Variance analysis showed that the interaction of humic acid and nitrogen in soil pH, organic matter was not significant, but the effect on soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content reached a very significant level (p<0.01).And the effects of their interaction on soil urease and invertase activities in each growing period were different. The results indicate that humic acid, nitrogen and their interaction on improving soil aggregate stability, soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities have a significant effect.
