摘    要:<正> 黄河中游神木、府谷、东胜地区,蕴藏着丰富的煤炭资源。随着这里煤炭资源的大规模开发,新增水土流失就成为一个突出的环境问题。因此,正确评估矿区新增水土流失量,对于积极有效地控制水土流失,加强监督管理,具有重要意义。 一、矿区开发新增水土流失的特点 根据地表形态破坏的不同,神府东胜矿区的水土流失可分为四类,即:露天矿区的水土流失,铁路、公路工程的水土流失,井矿区的水土流失,生活区及工业场地的水土流失。 露天矿区水土流失的特点是地表形态破坏严重,地表覆盖层剥离量大,弃土弃石集中,如处理不当则易形

Estimation on the Soil Loss Newly Increased in Shenmu-Fugu and Dongsheng Mining Areas
Abstract:The coal exploitation in a large scale in the middle Yellow River basin had led to the deterioration of environment, and made it very important to properly estimate the soil loss newly increased in this area. According to the feature of exploitation in Shen-Fu and Dongsheng mining areas,the paper evaluates the amount of discarded earth and waste slags in different construction systems such as production,transportation,power - supply,production of construction materials,industrial waste and rubbish. The results indicate that the total amount of discarded earth and waste disposal in the mining area amounts to 630 million tons from 1985 to 2000,newly increased soil loss occupying 30% of the total,sums to about 189 million tons with an average annual loss of 13. 5 million tons .
