多目标线性规划在水土保持规划中应用的探讨

多目标线性规划是单目标线性规划的发展。它同时考虑数个目标函数。文章以金溪县付家小流域水保规划为例,建立三个目标函数:一是经济效益,以纯利润最大为目标;二是生态效益,以控制后土壤侵蚀量最小为目标;三是社会经济承受力,以总投资量最小为目标。据此建立约束方程,求得各目标函数的合理解。本文只作为多目标线性规划的一个算例,至于该规划在水保生态效益、经济效益及社会效益方面的可行性及合理性,还需从各个方面作进一步的分析论证。

Application of multiobject linear programming in planning for soil conservation

The multiobject linear programming, developed on the basis of monoobject linear programming, treats several object functions simultaneously. An example of application of the multiobject LP for planning soil conservation in Fujia small watershed, Jin-xi County, is presented in this paper. There were 3 functions established: maximum net income as economic benefit, minimum soil loss as ecological benefit and the third, minimum input as social endurance. Restrict equations were set up thereby and a rational solution obtained. Only a attempt is presented in this paper for applying the multiobject linear programming in soil conservation. However, the rationality and feasibility of using such a method to follow after proper ecological, economical and social ben if its still remains to be studied further.
