| 摘 要： | 河南省鲁山县是 1990年国家确定的特别贫困县。 1978年开展水土保持小流域综合治理 ,2 0年来累计完成水土流失综合治理面积 60 6km2 ,共增加粮食产量 173 0 9 5万kg ,各项水土保持措施共增加产值 4412 2万元 ,增加的产值由 1980年占全县农业产值的 0 2 %提高到 1998年的 8 7%,年均递增 0 5 %。水土保持改善了生态环境和生产条件 ,是山丘区群众脱贫致富的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Lushan county of Henan province is a special national poverty county determined by the central government in 1990. Started comprehensive soil and water conservation in small watershed in 1978, there have accumulative comprehensive harness area of 606 km 2 in 20 years, totally increased grain production of 173 095 thousand kg, production value of 44 122 thousand RMB resulted from all soil and water conservation measures. The increased production value have risen from 0 2% of county agriculture production value in 1980 to 8 7% of county agriculture production value in 1998 with annual 0.5% increment on average.Soil and water conservation can improved ecological environment and production conditions, it is the effective way to get rid of poverty for people in mountain regions. |
