| 摘 要： | 在对"5.12"汶川特大地震震后四川灾区水土流失面积、强度及土壤侵蚀量变化规律进行分析的基础上,预测了当地的水土流失发展趋势。利用环境经济学的基本原理和方法,估算了土壤侵蚀的货币化经济损失,得出四川省土壤侵蚀总经济损失503.22亿元。基于震后水土流失的分析结果,对灾后重建水土保持工作提出一些合理化建议。 |

| Abstract: | The paper predicts the development trends of local soil and water loss based on the analysis of the area and intensity of soil and water loss and the variation laws of soil erosion at earthquake-stricken areas after the Wenchuan earthquake which happened on May 12,2008.It estimates the monetization economic loss of soil erosion and obtains that the total economic loss of soil erosion in Sichuan Province is 50.322 billion Yuan,using the basic principle and method of environmental economy.Based on the analysis results,it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on rebuilding the soil and water conservation projects after earthquake. |
