万家寨引黄工程处理弃渣的方法及经验

弃渣来源主要是主体工程、交通工程和其他工程，弃渣量分别为９４％、２．８％、３．２％。经水利部批复的水土保持方案，弃渣处理采取护堤形式、拦渣坝形式和防洪堤形式，方案不仅考虑了一般防护要求，还考虑了排水、泄洪、防冲等。主要经验是要把弃渣处理当作本体工程建设的一项内容看待，有项目、有设计、有投资。

Experiences and Method for Waste Solid Treatment in Wanjiazhai Yellow River Water Diversion Project

Waste solids from the project are mainly come from main body project construction, transportation project construction and others with respectively waste volume percentages of 94%, 2. 8% and 3. 2%. The corresponding soil and water conser- vation plan approved by MWR proposed that treatment for waste solid employ prevention dykes, waste solid retention dams and flood prevention dykes, which not only considered general requirements for conservation, but also concerned drainage, flood discharge and anti-erosion and so on. The major experience is that waste solid treatment should be take into account as content of the project and with relative plan, design and investment.
