The building of ecological tea fields in Mt. Dabie region in the west of Anhui is an important component for integrated small water-sheds management. The integrated small watersheds management has provided a necessary condition for the development of ecological tea fields. The integrated small watersheds management can be. healthily developed in an all round way based on the conditions of government taking the lead and coordination of multi-departments, taking ecological tea fields as a breakthrough and combining with integrated mea-sures of soil and water conservation engineering works, vegetation and horticulture.
