小流域治理环境质量综合评价方法研究

摘    要:在对几种小流域治理环境质量评价方法的优缺点进行分析基础上 ,提出主成分分析法是适合于小流域治理环境质量评价的方法 ,认为该方法具有其他方法所没有的优点 :注意到小流域治理的阶段性 ,可以对小流域治理环境质量进行动态评价 ,可避免人为因素的影响和指标权重的均化并可对小流域进行聚类分型。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a method of main composition analysis, which is suitable to the environmental quality evaluation of small watershed management based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of methods of environmental quality evaluation of small watershed management. It considers that the method has the following advantages while others have not. Such as, it has noticed that small watershed is controlled by stages, environmental quality of small watershed management can be evaluated dynamically, the artificial influence and evenness of index weighting can be avoided and small watersheds can be classified according to their types.
