| 摘 要： | 科学系统地阐述了生态环境建设的概念与内涵 ,辩证地分析了植被建设、水土保持、综合治理、荒漠化防治等与水资源保护和利用的关系 ,同时对生态环境用水的水量需求进行了估算。在此基础上提出了几个需要进一步探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Perception and connotation of ecological environment constructionis systematically exposed in scientific terms, relations of vegetation construction, soil and water conservation, comprehensive harness, prevention of desertification, and others with protection and utilization of water resources are dialectically analyzed in the paper, and at the same time, the amount of water requirement for ecological environment is estimated. On the basis of above mentioned, several issues are put forward for further study. |
