摘    要:利用皇甫川流域降雨量、水土保持措施数量以及皇甫川把口站年径流量和年输沙量资料,采用水文分析法及水土保持分析法计算近期(1997—2006年)流域水土保持措施的减沙效益。计算结果表明,皇甫川流域1997—2006年水土保持措施年均减沙量为657.9万t,经与前期研究成果对比分析,论证了水土保持分析法计算结果的合理性。同时,对减沙效益计算方法进行了评价,分析了目前水文分析法存在的理论缺陷,并建议改进其计算方法。

Abstract:The paper calculates sediment reduction benefits of soil and water conservation measures of Huangpuchuan River basin in recent years(1997—2006) by using the data of amount of rainfall and amount of soil and water conservation measures of the basin,annual runoff and annual sediment transport of the outlet station and the methods of hydrologic analysis and soil and water conservation analysis.The outcomes show that the average annual sediment reduction through soil and water conservation measures of the basin is 6.579 million tons in 1997—2006.It expounds the rationality of the results calculated by the method of soil and water conservation analysis through comparing with the research results in early days. It evaluates the methods for calculating the benefits of sediment reduction,and analyzes the present theoretical defects existed in the method of hydrologic analysis and suggests to improve its calculation method.
