| 摘 要： | 该文详细地论述了干旱缺水和水土流失是制约黄土高原农业发展的限制因素。通过对本区农业生产的主要水源、雨水利用和技术经济可行性及雨水利用与农业可持续发展密切关系的分析，进一步指出，雨水利用是黄土高原农业发展的根本途径。

| Abstract: | This paper describes that drought or water insufficient and soil and water loss are the limited factors to agricultural development in loess plateau.By analysing the tech-economic availability of main water-resoures,rainfall use for agricultural production in this region and the relations between rainfall use and agricultural sustainable development points out that rainfall use is the key way for agriculutral development on loess plateau. |
