| 摘 要： | 米脂县泉家沟实验区是陕西省黄土高原治理研究所１９７９年建立的综合治理实验区。经过十多年来的综合治理，区内生态，经济面貌发生了巨大变化，土地利用结构与产业结构趋于合理，１９９２年与１９７９年相比，人均纯收入由１１８元增加到７０７元，治理程度由３２％提高到７１％，土壤侵蚀模数由１９７９年以前的年均１６２７９ｔ／ｋｍ＾２，减少到“七五“期间的２３３０ｔ／ｋｍ＾２，生态环境明显改善，群众生活稳步提高，取得
