摘    要:近期生态环境需水逐渐成为水资源及相关领域的研究热点。通过系统分析生态环境需水与水资源的关系.结合生态环境需水的影响因素建立了1个目标层,4个准则层和20个指标的生态环境需水评价指标体系及其评价方法,进一步丰富了生态环境需水的理论。并以水资源丰富的安吉县为参照对象对浙江省不同方位的6个县市的生态环境需水进行评价。得出桐庐、天台、诸暨3个县市的生态环境需水为优良级别,而永康、瑞安和龙游3个县市则为良好级别,并找出了影响各县市生态环境需水的瓶颈因素。

Abstract:Nowadays eco-environmental water demand is becoming a hotspot in the field of water resource and related fields. The relationship between eco-environmental water demand and water resource was analyzed. Demand evaluating index system for the eco-environmental water included one object layer, four guide layers and 20 indexes. The evaluating measures were set up, which enriches the theory of eco-environmental water demand. In addition, based on the eco-environmental water demands of Anji County, the clemands of six counties in different locations of Zhejiang Province were calculated and evaluated. The conclusion is that eco-environmental water demand for Tonglu County, Tiantai County and Zhuji County are on excellent level, and for Yongkang County, Ruian County and Longyou County, on good level, The bottleneck factors of each citv can be found accordingly.
