| 摘 要： | 小流域综合治理的现代意义是强调水土流失治理与流域经济持续发展紧密结合，必须综合考虑水土保持工程和水利工程建设、生态环境质量改善，以及经济发展等多种因素。因此，在小流域综合治理规划中运用多目标决策方法是有实际意义的。该文针对具体小流域的治理，阐述了多目标规划模型的建立及求解，并对备选方案进行了较全面的评价。

| Abstract: | The contemporary sense of small watershed
comprehersive harnessing is to stress the point that controlling soil and water loss must
combine with the sustained development of watershed economy, and must consider all kinds
of factors fully, such as soil and water conservation projects construction, improvment of
eco-environment quality and economic development, ect.. Therefore, it is valuable to apply
the multiobjective decision into small watershed comprehensive harnessing planning. The
building and solwing of multiobjective planning model for a specific watershed, and the
comprehensive evaluating of the alternatives are described. |
