摘    要:小流域综合治理优化规划设置的决策变量必须明确、具体且合乎实际,有关梯田、各项生物措施和沟道工程等主要决策变量不能遗漏。优化模型有净效益、蓄水、保土和生态效益4个目标函数,属多目标非线性规划问题,线性初始解法和约束法是求解该问题的有效方法。

Abstract:The decisive variables of comprehensive controlling program at small watershed must be clear, concrete and practical.The main decisive variables about terrance, biological measures and gully engineering mustn't be left out.The optimum model is a multi-objective and unlinear programming, it has four objective functions, they are net benefit, flood storage, soil conservation and ecological benefit, The linear initial solution and the restraining method are two efficient method to solute this question.
