| 摘 要： | 陇南、陇南片处于秦岭山区，滑坡、泥石流地质灾害分布广泛，危害严重，是我国４大滑坡、泥石流集中高发区之一，给该区国民经济的发展和人民生命财产的安全带来了严重威胁。在这类地区开展滑坡、泥石流监测预警，是我国２０世纪９０年代建设好生态环境，搞好防灾减灾工作中开展的一项新课题。该文阐明了滑坡、泥石流监测预警的含义与内容，分析了滑坡、泥石流的诱因，探索了在土石山区”土
