权重系数优化法在小流域规划中的应用研究

摘    要:应用权重系数优化方法于丹江口库区小流域综合治理中。实践结果表明,对各个目标函数赋予不同的权重系数,把多目标问题转化为单目标问题,求解此单目标问题,可以求得原多目标问题的有效解,使原问题简化,节省时间和人力,还可以提高计算的精度。权重系数优化法具有科学性和时效性,规划后的小流域从植被生态上可有效控制水土流失,减轻自然灾害,净化水源区水质,从社会经济上可达到农民增收,群众富裕的目的。

Abstract:The weighted coefficient optimization method has been applied to a small watershed management in Danjiangkou reservoir area.It gives different weighted coefficients to each objective function and changes multi-objective issue into single objective.The sound answer can be gotten through solving the single objective issue.The method not only simplifies the issue and saves time and labor,but also improves the accuracy of calculations.It is scientific and effective for a given period of time.After planning with...
