中国西部水土流失动态监控体系研究

摘    要:提出了建立中国西部水土流失动态监控体系的基本设想,介绍了主要监控内容、方式和技术路线,探讨了综合运用人工神经网络技术和小波图像变换技术实现遥感图像--地面图像一体化监控的可行性。

Abstract:The basic assuming of the dynamic monitor system on soil and water loss in the west of China is put forward. The content model of monitor and technic program are introduced. The feasibility of implementing all-in-all monitor on remote-sensing image and ground image with the integrate apply of BPAN NS technique and wavelet image switch over technology are probed into.
