摘    要:目的]研究扫描电镜下黄土微观结构的特征,为分析马兰黄土的孔隙特征提供一种新方法。方法]利用IPP影像分析软件对扫描电子显微镜获得的泾阳南塬马兰黄土不同放大尺度下的微观影像进行分析,并对马兰黄土中的孔隙进行统计分类。结果]在不同放大尺度下,微孔隙的孔隙率维持在2%,小孔隙的孔隙率与放大倍数呈线性负相关,相关系数为-0.98,其余孔隙无特定变化规律;在相同放大尺度下,微、小孔隙在马兰黄土中分布均匀,中、大孔隙较为分散。结论]扫描电子显微镜影像可以方便、迅速地为我们提供黄土孔隙特征分析。
