江西省山地风电项目区水土流失与防治研究

摘    要:目的]探讨江西山地风电项目建设特点,研究山地风电项目区水土流失的特征,并提出防治重点和措施建议,以期为山地风电项目环境保护与水土流失治理提供科学依据与参考。方法]以江西省6处典型山地风电项目为研究对象,结合现有研究成果,定量分析项目占地、土石方、水土流失等水土保持指标特征。结果](1)单台风机平均占地2.44hm~2,挖方4.51×10~4 m~3,弃方1.44×10~4 m~3,新增水土流失量364.38t,每1kW容量平均占地11.63m~2,挖方2 148.91m~3,弃方684.53m~3,新增水土流失量0.17t。(2)道路工程区、风机机组区、弃土场区的新增水土流失量分别占总量的53.87%,21.84%和10~.13%,是山地风电项目水土流失最为严重的区域,也是水土保持的重点区域。结论]结合山地风电项目的区域环境特征,提出应注重道路工程区和风电机组区选线(址),优化竖向设计,减少挖填土石方数量,从源头上减少对区域土地和植被的破坏;其次要注重表土和植被资源保护与利用、道路工程区和风机机组区下边坡拦挡防护与排水措施设计,恢复和重建区域生态环境。
