滇西北不同利用类型土壤酶活性及其与理化性质与微生物的关系

摘    要:通过对滇西北地区旱冬瓜林、人工生态林、桉树林、果园、耕地和云南松林土壤酶活性、微生物及理化性质进行实验分析,探索不同利用类型土壤酶活性及其与理化性质与微生物的关系,结果表明:土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蛋白酶和蔗糖酶活性均表现为旱冬瓜林最高,云南松林最低,且均随土层加深而递减。土壤有机质、全氮、水解氮、氨态氮、含水量与酶活性的相关性较好。细菌和微生物量与酶活性之间相关性较好,可将土壤微生物量和酶活性作为衡量当地土壤肥力状况的综合指标。

Abstract:The experiments and analysis was conducted on the soil enzyme activities, microbial and physical -chemical properties of six different utilization types including . Alnus nepalensis forest, demonstration forest, eucalypt forest, fruit garden, cultivated land and the Yunnan pine forest so that to explore soil enzyme activities of different land use types and the relationships between the soil enzyme activities and physical - chemical properties or microorganism. The result shows that the catalase, urease, protease and sucrase find expression appears the highest in the Alnus ne- palensis forest and that of lowest in the Yunnan pine forest, the enzyme activities decrease progressively following with the depth of soil. The enzyme activities have the better relationship with the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, hydro- lysable nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and water content. In addition, the bacteria, microbial biomass and enzyme activities have better relevance. So, the soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities can be used as the comprehensive indicators for measuring the local soil fertility status.
