| 摘 要： | 通过相关分析和逐步回归分析方法，系统分析了气候因子（气温、降水、日照、相对湿度）对云南道地药材三七有效成分含量的影响，并筛选出对有效成分起关键作用的因子。结果表明：1月降水量和年温差是影响三七总皂苷的关键因子，降水较多的环境有利于黄酮的累积却对总苷、多糖和三七素的累积有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | By using correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,the correlation between effective components of Burk (Panax Notoginseng)and meteorologicalfactors,including air temperature,precipitation,sunshine duration and relative humidity was systematically analyzed to identify the key factors which influenced the effective components of Burk (Panax Notoginseng).The results showed that the precipitation in January and annual temperature difference were the key factors influenced the total saponins content of Burk.The more precipitation benefited the accumulation of flavonoids,but restrained the accumulation of the total saponins,polysaccharides and dencichine. |
