五花山水库主体工程设计水土保持评价

摘    要: 工程设计的水土保持评价是编制水土保持方案的基础,其目的是从水土保持角度进一步论证工程选址、布局和施工组织设计是否合理,掌握工程建设可能造成的水土流失危害和对生态环境破坏程度,为项目水土流失防治科学布局提供依据。根据五花山水库工程的特征从下列5个方面进行评价:1)论证推荐方案的可行性、工程布局的合理性;2)论证取料场、堆料场选址的合理性;3)论证土石方利用的合理性,计算工程竣工后弃土弃渣量,提出排渣计划;4)对施工时序进行分析,掌握可能产生水土流失的区位、时段和施工环节,论证主体工程布设的措施是否能全面控制水土流失;5)评价主体工程设计中水土保持项目是否符合水土保持工程设计规范要求。

Abstract:The evaluation on the design of the project is fundamental for the working out a program of soil and water conservation.The purpose of the evaluation is to further study the project site,the layout and construction design from the view of soil and water conservation,and to estimate the potential soil erosion and its negative impact on eco-environment.Based on features of Wuhuashan reservoir project,the following five aspects of evaluation were focused in this papers.1) the feasibility study of the recommended program and the layout rationality of the project.2) the rationality analysis on exploitation and temporary keeping sites selection for construction materials.3) the analysis on quantity of discarded materials.4) the verification of measures for meeting soil and water conservation targets by analysis of construction timing,and the potential soil erosion location,period and construction links.5) the assessment of individual parts designed in main project according to soil and water conservation norm.
