黄土区径流调控技术体系

摘    要: 地处黄土高原干旱山区的甘肃省定西市安定区,其经济社会发展长期受干旱缺水和水土流失的制约,因此,如何高效利用水资源和有效防治水土流失成为该区域发展的关键问题。依据径流调控理论,提出径流调控技术体系的概念,并在九华沟流域水土保持径流调控中具体应用。结果表明:经过5年的径流调控,流域的水资源不仅得到了高效利用,而且有效地控制了水土流失,促进了区域经济的持续发展。其中林草覆盖率由24.0%提高到57.1%,土壤侵蚀模数由5400 t/(km2.a)降低到15t/(km2.a),土地利用率由63.0%提高到81.7%,流域治理程度由44.9%提高到86.3%;流域年总收入由502.65万元增加到1404.64万元,农民人均年纯收入由757元增加到1 486元,人均年产粮由427 kg增加到654kg;径流调控技术在农业总产值的总增量中,科技进步贡献率占56.71%,对流域内农民的脱贫致富起到了关键性的作用。
