| 摘 要： | 为了更好地对我国森林涵养水源的价值进行研究和管理，促进森林生态补偿的发展，在相关研究的基础上，根据经济控制理论的知识，采用最优控制方法，通过收集我国7大流域森林面积、降雨量、蒸发量、径流量和GDP等数据，建立7大流域森林涵养水源的价格核算模型。结果表明：我国最优森林涵养水源的价格为1.043元/m3；所建森林涵养水源的核算模型具有统计学意义，也具有经济学含义。研究结果对森林生态效益补偿和水资源管理具有指导意义。
