蚯蚓堆肥与益生菌配施对西瓜生长和品质的影响

摘    要:基于等养分条件下,本试验研究了蚯蚓堆肥与解淀粉芽孢杆菌X和荧光假单胞菌Y两株不同功能益生菌配施对西瓜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,不论添加益生菌与否,与单施化肥或施用常规堆肥相比,蚯蚓堆肥均促进了西瓜生长,降低了植株枯萎病发病率,增加了西瓜产量,并显著提高了西瓜可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和Vc含量等果实品质指标,其中施用蚯蚓堆肥的Vc含量较常规堆肥提高了15.9%;添加益生菌可不同程度促进西瓜生长和品质的改善,且以蚯蚓堆肥配施益生菌的促进作用更为明显。蚯蚓堆肥配施益生菌相比于单施蚯蚓堆肥,西瓜产量和可溶性糖含量分别提高了17.3%和15.2%。方差分析结果表明,有机堆肥与益生菌在西瓜蔓长、纵茎、产量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量上存在显著的交互作用。综上所述,蚯蚓堆肥与益生菌配施对西瓜促生作用显著,在西瓜的绿色生产中可减少部分化肥的使用。

Abstract:The effects of the application of vermicompost mixed with two different functional probiotics Bacillus amyloliquefaciens X and Fluorescent pseudomonas Y to the growth and quality of watermelon were studied on the same nutrient level.The results showed that whether or not mixed with probiotics,compared with chemical fertilizer and conventional compost,vermicompost reduced the incidence of watermelon plants fusarium wih,improved the watermelon growth,yield and increased the content of soluble solids,soluble sugar,Vc significantly.The Vc content of watermelon with the application of vermicompost was 15.9% higher than that of conventional compost.The application of probiotics improved the growth and quality of watermelon in different degrees,especially with the cooperation of vermicompost.In vermicompost treatment,the watermelon yield and soluble sugar content of applied vermicopost mixed with probiotics were 17.3% and 15.2% higher than those of application of vermicopost only.Variance analysis showed that there were significant interactions between organic compost and probiotics on the watermelon main vine length,longitudinal diameter,yield,soluble solids and soluble sugar content.These results indicated that the vermicompost mixed with probiotics had significant effect on the improvement of watermelon growth,which could lead to the less applications of chemical fertilizers for watermelon green production.
