| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽试验方法研究了钾对强筋小麦产量和品质的影响。结果表明，施用钾肥能增加小麦株高、穗长、千粒重及穗粒数，因而显著提高小麦产量，小麦增产10．2％～24．8％。施用钾肥能提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量，但对籽粒沉降值的影响不大。 |

| Abstract: | The pot experiment was adopted to study the effects of potassium on grain yield and quality of strong gluten wheat. The results indicated that potassium fertilizer application increased grain yield of wheat significantly by 10.2% to 24.8% due to enhancement of wheat plant height, spike length, 1000 - grain weight and grains per spike. The grain protein content and wet gluten content were improved while the sedimentation value was not obviously effected by K fertilizer. |
