摘    要:本文采用水培法,以3个不同品种大豆为研究材料,研究了铝对大豆一些生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,铝胁迫使大豆积累了大量的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛,根系活力下降,且不同品种在铝胁迫的表现性状方面存在差异。此外,根据所计算的耐铝胁迫系数,这3个品种的耐铝胁迫能力为:浙春3号>浙秋3号>华春18。

Abstract:Using water culture and three soybean varieties as materials, the effects of aluminum (Al) on physiological characteristics of soybean were studied. The results showed that Al has the obvious inhibitory effects on the growth of soybean, the contents of proline, MDA and soluble carbohydrate were increased, and the activity of roots was decreased. There were some difference among the responses of three soybean varieties to the stress of Al. Based on the values of Al tolerance, we had calculated , the ability of Al tolerance of the three soybean was showed as follow : Zhechun No.3>Zheqiu No.3>Huachun No.18.
