| Abstract: | In this paper,by the investigation on the current situation of libraries construction in Vocational and Specialized Colleges,the influencing factors on the website construction were analyzed and some suggestions on how to construct it better were put forward for promoting overall development of libraries website contraction in Heilongjiang vocational and specialized colleges. |
