| 摘 要： | 通过对长沙先导试点区闲置土地现状的调研,利用主成分分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,对长沙先导区的闲置现状进行了评价,了解了经济、社会、形成原因等因素的差异性和相关性,很好地识别了各个因素的因子主成分。同时,对具有相似性质的区域进行了聚类,有效地划定了不同级别。

| Abstract: | In this study,based on the status of idle land in pilot area of Changsha,using principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods,the status of idle land was evaluated and the difference and correlation of economic,social,and other factors were investigated,and the main factors of each principal component were determined.By clustering analysis,the similar region was studied and the different levels were effectively defined. |
