开发利用期刊文献资源，为教学、科研和领导决策服务

期刊文献以其自身的特点，为院校的教学、科研和领导决策服务起着不可忽视的重要作用，如何收集开发利用期刊文献，以充分发挥其作用，是新世纪院校图书馆必须重视的一个问题。本文就期刊文献的特点，以及收集、开发利用等问题进行了探讨，并结合本校工作实际，提出了期刊工作要为教学与科研服务、为领导决策服务。

Developing periodical literature resources to serves for the teaching,scientific research decision-making of the leadership

Periodical literature has its own characteristic, plays a noticeable role for party school＇s teaching, scientific research and the decision-making of leadership. How to collect and develop periodical literature to play its role fully is a question which the new century party school library must take into account seriously. This article discussed the periodical literature＇s characteristic, collection and development. Combined with the work of our school, the author proposed actually the periodical work need to serve for the teaching, scientific research and decision-making of the leadership.
