| 摘 要： | 期刊阅览室是图书馆重要服务职能部门，其服务工作的质量直接关系到高校教学质量和科研水平的提高。从营造阅读氛围、建立以人为本的服务理念、建设高质量文献资源、开展深层次信息服务、提高馆员素质等五个方面探讨了如何构建和谐阅览环境。

| Abstract: | The periodical reading room is important service section in library. The quality of its service is related to the enhancement of teaching and scientific research. In this paper, how to construct harmonious reading environment was discussed from five aspects such as creating reading atmosphere, constructing information resources, carrying out deep information service, improving librarians＇ quality. |
