辽宁现代农业科技信息资源建设与应用研究

分析了国内外农业信息资源建设与应用形势,针对辽宁农业信息资源建设及应用中存在的问题,开展了辽宁现代农业科技信息资源建设及其应用研究。建设了农业文献资源数据库群、农业科技信息资源数据库群、现代农业实用技术数据库群和辽宁特色信息资源数据库群,建设了丰富、全面、规范且具有辽宁区域特色的农业科技信息资源仓库,建立了信息技术与实用技术融合推广的现代农业信息服务体系和现代农业科技信息咨询服务立体网络,建立了能够同时满足农业研究、管理、推广、生产需求的社会化共享服务平台,建立了农业信息资源保障体系和农村信息资源服务支撑体系,实现了科普资源数字化和科技信息的立体传播,建立了资源扩展、服务延伸、方式转变的适应现代农业发展、促进社会和谐的信息资源建设与服务新机制、新模式,并对辽宁农业信息资源及服务集成提出了建议。

Study on the Construction and Application of Modern Agriculture Science and Technology Information Resources in Liaoning Province

In this paper,by analyzing the situation of the construction and application of modern agriculture science and technology information resources at home and abroad,based on the current status and the problems in Liaoning Province,a study on the construction and application of the modern agriculture science and technology information resources in Liaoning Province was carried out.The database group of agricultural literature resources,agricultural sci-tech information resources,modern agricultural practical technology resources and characteristic information resources in Liaoning were developed,as well as a abundant,comprehensive and normative data warehouse with Liaoning regional characteristic,and the modern agricultural information service system and the three-dimensional network of modern agricultural sci-tech information service and consultation combining the information technology with agricultural practical technique,the socialized sharing service platform simultaneously meeting the demand of the agricultural research,agricultural management,agricultural popularization and agricultural production.The agricultural information security system and rural information resources service supporting system were also built and digitalization of science popularization resources and the stereo propagation of sci-tech information were realized.The new mechanism and new model of information resource construction for spreading resources,extending service,transformed mode,adapted to modern agriculture development and promoted social harmony were developed and the advice and countermeasures of agricultural information integration service in Liaoning were put forward.
