| 摘 要： | 为实现观测数据的语音合成输出,使用Delphi 7.0对InterPhoinic CE 3.0语音合成系统进行了二次开发,建立观测数据语音合成转换程序,实现实时语音输出及波形文件保存,有效提高了地面气象观测人员校对数据的工作效率。

| Abstract: | To realize the observational data＇s audio output,the second development of speech synthesis system based on InterPhoinic CE 3.0 was carried out by using Delphi 7.0,and the conversion program was established.The conversion program could create the real-time audio output and wave files,which greatly improved the surface meteorological workers＇ efficiency on checking observational data. |
